Contpark now emits UN/EDIFACT D.95B CODECO messages for gate-in and gate-out, keeping shipping lines and stakeholders synchronized in real time. Mandatory segments — UNH, BGM, EQD, DTM, CNT — are populated from live operational data. Optional details such as seals, truck references, damages and remarks can be included per partner requirements.
Transmission is flexible: event-based (as soon as the move is confirmed) or scheduled (hourly/daily). Connectivity options include SFTP/FTP with per-partner directories and acknowledgements. Built-in validation rules check structure and key fields before sending to reduce rejections.
New: CODECO File Builder
For terminals working with multiple lines and slightly different mappings, we added a visual CODECO builder:
Partner profiles & templates. Create per-line templates for Gate In / Gate Out with saved defaults and qualifiers.
Drag-and-drop mapping. Order segments, toggle optional ones, and bind fields to Contpark data (container, ISO size/type, status, truck, seal, booking, yard position).
Conditional logic. Include or skip segments/fields based on conditions (e.g., add DAM only if damage is present).
Live preview & validation. See the EDIFACT payload as you configure it; validator highlights missing qualifiers, invalid dates and control totals.
Versioning & audit. Keep versions of templates with change notes; roll back in one click.
Test sandbox. Send test messages to a staging SFTP endpoint; compare partner feedback before going live.
Runtime overrides. Allow dispatchers to override specific fields (e.g., reference or remark) on send, with role-based permissions.
Result: fewer hand-coded mappings, faster onboarding of new partners, and predictable, standards-compliant CODECO flows from day one.
