Reporting Reporting using Excel spreadsheet. It took significant operator/manager time. For large shipping lines, such as Maersk, CMA, COSCO, data transferring on the condition of containers is done via EDI and API. For other operators, automatic generation of tank availability in stock for each company with a weekly email is sent in automatic mode.
Customer service Customers did not see the tank number in stock, their condition, photos of defects. Requests and other communication take place by email, which periodically leads to data loss. Clients have personal accounts, where they see tank availability, the degree and complexity of defects confirmed by photographs. Previously created requests for receiving and issues are displayed. Making a request from a personal account is added, to view previously created requests. There is a repair section where one can view the repair status/photos with reports.

The integration system task is complete. The tank record is significantly simplified. Calculation and storage cost systems have been formed. Options for generating turnover reporting have been integrated. Created reporting for a tallyman on the gate in and gate out of containers. Any processes of gate-in/gate-out requests from customers have been significantly simplified. Human factors leading to penalties are excluded. A personal account is integrated for customers. The speed of work in dispatch department has increased by 80%. Customers’ time for creating requests and doing correspondence has been significantly reduced. The customer loyalty, including such global lines as CMA, Maersk, has also grown due to the use of innovative information exchange via the API/EDI systems.
